Monitoring
We carry on periodic monitoring of the likelihood of change, along with observing the changes that actually take place to ensure a data base. Economic forecasting is conducted from time to time to evaluate the pressure of changes, as well as to project feasibility analysis.
FEWAB ASSOCIATE not only pays attention to good design details and important small scale actions but also an early action, high impact projects and programmes while taking into account the time frame of short range and long range planning to achieve a modified town/ urban form and character that enables feedback from citizens examination and involvement to stimulate enthusiasm and consensus.
