Our Vision

Excellence

Ours is total commitment to the attainment of excellence in the provision of services. As a mark of our commitment of excellence and professionalism, we offer service oriented program distinct from the traditional concept of planning that proceeds from problems and goal definition to solutions and actions. But an operating process that include planning similar to the management of a major corporation in which planning and decision making are part of an overall process of operation where information are constantly updated for policy planning, feedback and quick response to changes and opportunities.

Team work

At FEWAB ASSOCIATE decisions are considered within an overall management plan and programme framework based on accessible current data in order to achieve the following functions on a continuous basis;

  • Determine the Direction of change
  • Evaluating existing proposed programmes and policies
  • Determine new strategies in response to new development
  • Encourage private response to public commitment
  • Opening the planning process to citizen involvement.

We offer the most complete and competitive services, we pride ourselves in initiating a joint venture management programme to stimulate, direct, guide, promote and lead growth in directions consistent with good public policy and enlightened citizen “self interest’.

Monitoring

We carry on periodic monitoring of the likelihood of change, along with observing the changes that actually take place to ensure a data base. Economic forecasting is conducted from time to time to evaluate the pressure of changes, as well as to project feasibility analysis.

FEWAB ASSOCIATE not only pays attention to good design details and important small scale actions but also an early action, high impact projects and programmes while taking into account the time frame of short range and long range planning to achieve a modified town/ urban form and character that enables feedback from citizens examination and involvement to stimulate enthusiasm and consensus. Finally, we do not pretend to comprehensiveness and ‘try to plan every thing’. We recognize incremental planning as more useful by focusing on the important things, but without losing sight of our long–range objectives.
